Faridah Halina Zairi, founded Coffee for Good in 2015. Started the Social Enterprise after she noticed the gap between youth unemployment and manpower shortage in the coffee industry. She focuses on up-skilling underserved youth with job skills required by the F&B industry. Previously she was a Project Management Technical Assistant in the Oil & Gas industry and also worked as Customer Service Executive in Quality Management System Organisation. With 15 years of working experience has helped her with managing her social enterprise up to today. She has collaborated with company such as Hong Leong Bank, Petronas, Ministry of Youth and also Ministry of Agriculture.
